The next Saab Car Museum Festival will be held on 4–6 June 2027. This means there will be no festival in Trollhättan in 2026, but there is still plenty to look forward to in the coming year.

2025 has been a hectic year for us at the Saab Car Museum, but turning 50 has truly been fantastic fun! We are immensely grateful for all the attention and for the many people who have visited the museum and the events we have hosted during the anniversary year.

In 2026, it’s the the Swedish Saab Club’s turn to turn 50! They will be celebrating with, among other things, an anniversary gathering in the High Coast World Heritage Site on 12–14 June. The gathering is free of charge, but only for members who have paid the 2026 fee. It is sure to be a wonderful get-together in a beautifully scenic landscape.

Later in the summer, the celebrations will take on an international flair when IntSaab 2026 is held in Stockholm on 7–9 August. The International Saab Clubs Meeting is a recurring event where enthusiasts from Saab clubs in various countries come together. The meeting rotates between host countries and was last held in Sweden in 2016.

Rarely have Saab enthusiasts had so many large and enjoyable events to look forward to in Sweden in a single year. However, there will be no Saab Car Museum Festival in Trollhättan in 2026. This decision has been made in agreement with the Swedish Saab Club so as not to compete with the above events. Nevertheless, the Saab Car Museum will contribute to the festivities in 2026 with another exciting initiative — but what’s hiding in that box is something we’ll return to shortly.

At the moment, we have no further information about the Saab Car Museum Festival 2027 other than the dates, 4–6 June. The programme, tickets, and additional details will be presented closer to the event.
