Welcome to celebrate Motorhistoriska dagen (Historic Vehicle Day) together with other enthusiasts at the Saab Car Museum in Trollh\u00e4ttan! Motor History Day is celebrated in many places around the country to draw attention to the vehicle's historical cultural heritage. Together with Trestads veteranbilklubb and Svenska Saabklubben Trollh\u00e4ttan, we invite all types of historic enthusiast vehicles to the Saab Car Museum on June 6.<\/p>\n
All clubs and enthusiasts are welcome, regardless of whether the vehicle has two, three, four or perhaps even more wheels! Gather friends and clubmates and use the Saab Car Museum as the starting point for your excursions, or end a nice day on beautiful roads by meeting other enthusiasts and enjoying each other's vehicles.<\/p>\n

\nDue to the Saab Car Museum turning 50 in 2025, we are lowering the entrance fee to 50 SEK for all visitors during Motorhistoriska dagen on June 6! Save the receipt if you want to go in and out during the day. Payment with Swish or card, no cash.<\/p>\n
\nThere is free parking in regular parking lots throughout the Innovatum District, but closest to the museum we gather all enthusiast vehicles.
\n\u2013 Enthusiast vehicles can enter the event via \u00c5kersj\u00f6v\u00e4gen and the entrance next to the Saab Car Museum.
\nAs a visitor, you choose where to park your car at the event area. If you are a group of vehicles that want to park close to each other, it is easiest if you arrive at the same time.
\nIf the parking spaces closest to the museum become full, our marshalls will ask you to choose other parking spaces in the area \u2013 including enthusiast cars \u2013 such as the parking lots along \u00c5kersj\u00f6v\u00e4gen and the parking lots at Nohabgatan opposite the N3 culture center.

\nAll visitors who pay an entrance fee to the museum can take part in the following lectures (in Swedish) in the museum's film room:
\n– 11.00:<\/em><\/strong> MHRF and motor culture \u2013 Malin Erlfeldt from MHRF (The Federation of Swedish Historic Vehicles Clubs) presents projects and collaborations that enhance cultural heritage.
\n– 12.30:<\/em> <\/strong>The world's finest Saab collection \u2013 Museum curator Peter B\u00e4ckstr\u00f6m talks about memories and milestones from the Saab Car Museum's fifty-year history.
\n– 14.00:<\/em> <\/strong>MHRF and motor culture \u2013 Malin Erlfeldt from MHRF (The Federation of Swedish Historic Vehicles Clubs) presents projects and collaborations that enhance cultural heritage.<\/p>\n
\n\u2013 The Saab Car Museum Support Organization is organizing a quiz inside the museum. Anyone who buys an entrance ticket can participate. Great prizes are promised!
\n\u2013 Take the opportunity to see the temporary photo exhibition Roger & Saab, which will be on display during the anniversary year 2025.<\/p>\n
\n\u2013 The scouts from Trollh\u00e4ttans Scoutk\u00e5r sell food and drinks outside the museum. Sausages with bread (vegetarian option is available), sandwiches, \"fika\", coffee, soft drinks, etc. (Alternatives without gluten, lactose and nuts are also available.) Primarily, the Scouts would like payment via Swish, but cash also works.
\n\u2013 Ice cream and snacks are sold inside the museum.<\/p>\n
\nFeel free to sell parts and gadgets from the trunk of your enthusiast car. NOTE! The sale of goods from trailers, vans, trucks, tents or motorhomes is not allowed during this event.<\/p>\n
