Welcome to the opening of the photo exhibition on Saturday, March 15!
\nThe Saab Car Museum is open from 11:00 to 16:00.
\nAt 13:00 there will be a short opening ceremony where Roger L\u00e4rk and the museum's curator Peter B\u00e4ckstr\u00f6m will present the exhibition.<\/p>\n
In his work as a photographer for the local news\u00adpaper TTELA, Roger L\u00e4rk covered Saab through its ups and downs. Now he has dug deep into the archives to \u00adpresent nearly 100 images from 1973 to 2013.<\/p>\n
Roger L\u00e4rk\u2019s photographs are fundamentally objective\u00ad\u00ad photojournalism that depict current events of great \u00adinterest to the public. Today, the images not only show an important part of Trollh\u00e4ttan\u2019s history, but also highlight interesting episodes in the story of Saab.<\/p>\n
People rather than cars are in focus, and the images evoke emotions in different ways. Not least in the the photographer himself.
\n\u2013 I feel both joy and sadness in my heart when I see the images. Saab touched so many people and you could feel that all the time, says Roger L\u00e4rk.<\/p>\n
The exhibition is the first public activity during the anniversary year of 2025, when the Saab Car Museum turns 50.<\/p>\n
The photo exhibition will be on display at the museum until Sunday, April 12, 2026.<\/p>\n
