Two world records and also 21 international record were beat during these almost 21 days long, uninterrupted drive. The fastest of the three 9000-turbo cars put 100 000 km behind and it had an average speed of 213,299 km/h.
The Saab Car Museum has two out of the three cars in It’s Collection today – No. 1 & 2, and in honor of the world record the museum has now created a theme exhibition with the help of the Saab veterans and Olle Granlund (initiator and project manager for The Long Run) at the museum.
